Did you know that Bradwell Bombers FC is currently running a Saturday Soccer School, with the hope that the majority of the children that participate will go on to become part of our (new and existing) teams for next season.
Soccer School is now open to boys and girls aged 5 to 11 [note: they will be trained in separate age specific groups]
The Soccer School is run by qualified FA coaches each of which hold a current CRB and are first aid trained.
Meet the Coach
Our Soccer School is now run by Nick Farrington; Nick is a player in our adults team and has coached various teams with Bradwell Bombers over the last four years. Nick holds the FA level 2 certificate in football is First Aid trained and holds an enhanced CRB check, any coaches supporting Nick will also be FA qualified, first Aid trained and CRB checked.
Letter from Nick:
Dear Parents
I will now be taking over the soccer school, most of you will have seen me coaching at the soccer school over the past few months and I have been with Bradwell for nearly four years coaching various teams. My aim for the soccer school will be to give the children a form of exercise and enjoyment as well as educating them in the very basics of football and over the weeks as they improve I hope to gradually build up their knowledge of skill and technique as well as in game tactics.
My final aim is to build up new teams which will become part of Bradwell Bombers in time for the next season in September.
I hope that by working together we can build on the success of this soccer school further and thus give your children great enjoyment and help them to develop as players in readiness for the future with Bradwell Bombers Football Club.
